Reset Instructions for Local Client Database (CMDOP.CDF)
Known Issues Update
The previous reported work around for project/product transfer issues should no longer be used.
An update to the CMAST application version 1.2.16b that addresses the known issue where product and project data change during upload and download resulting in size changes, the loss of assemblies, the inability to edit, and several error messages has been resolved and will automatically update in local clients upon login.
Can existing products with errors be repaired?
If previously created products exhibit the error where the decimal shifts or the assemblies are dropped, the products can be repaired by using the CMAST application.
- Open the product, delete all assemblies from the product, and re-add them.
- If the product is used in a project, please make sure to open the project, delete the original product, and re-add the changed product.
- In some cases, it may be necessary to reset the CMDOP.CDF file. For instructions on how to reset your local client database (CMDOP.CDF), please click here.
NOTE: end users who have multiple downloads of CMAST may locate a more recent copy of the CMDOP.CDF file at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ProgramData\CMAST
