NFRC Looks Forward to Seeing you in Tempe: 

• NFRC's Fall Conference will begin Monday, September 23rd and end with the Board Meeting on Wednesday afternoon, September 25th.
• Task Groups kick off the conference on Monday with Subcommittee & Committee blocks running through each day, including a Regulatory Affairs and Marketing Committee Meeting and the Board meeting in front of the membership on Wednesday.
• Presentations and Networking Opportunities throughout the conference.
• Members and non-members welcome; Only members can vote at the Subcommittee/Committee Level

 

 

Complimentary Shuttle: For those coming in from Phoenix International Airport: The Mission Palms hotel offers a complimentary shuttle for NFRC attendees staying at the host hotel. Once you have bags in hand, the hotel asks for you call to order the shuttle: 480-894-1400. Shuttle service is available between 5:30 am and 10:30 pm.

Hotel Reservations: NFRC had a negotiated discounted rate with the conference hotel; but the deadline has passed.  The Tempe Mission Palms, may still have rooms available. NFRC will have a flash-drive loaded with program books for all registered attendees or they can download from above link. Also, Members - please check committee rosters- Staff WILL NOT be able to make changes on-site.

Meeting Proxy Form : Unable to attend the meeting? - Your voice & vote can still be counted. Download the Meeting Proxy Form . All meeting proxies must be received by NFRC staff BEFORE September 20, 2013. Please email the completed form to NFRC's Meetings Department.

 

Focus on Energy – Tempe, Evening Tour: NFRC meeting attendees are encouraged to participate in a walking tour of Arizona State University's sustainability initiatives and projects located in and around the campus. *A few important hotel notes.  The hotel requires 48 hours notice for all cancellations.  Also, NFRC has negotiated to waive the hotel's hospitality fee for meeting attendees (which includes internet and shuttle from the airport.)  When reserving online, this price will be added - but then removed once the registration is processed in-house.
