Registration

This meeting has an in-person and a virtual option. Registration fees are the same for each option.

• In-person attendance includes lunch and the Chairman's Reception on Tuesday night.
• Virtual attendance includes all committee block meetings, discussions, and ballot voting. Virtual attendance will count towards committee roster attendance requirements.

Hotel

We will be meeting at the Renaissance Cincinnati Downtown Hotel. NFRC has an arranged rate of $224/night. 

The meeting hotel block will be held until September 23, 2025.  The room block will not be extended due to an NFL game; the hotel is expected to sell out. Be sure to book in advance!

Voting Proxy Forms are available to assign to an NFRC voting member if you cannot attend this meeting. Be sure your vote counts. Download the NFRC Proxy form (PDF) and email the completed form to meetings@nfrc.org.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellation by attendee:

• If you are unable to attend the event, you may elect to send a substitute in your place.
• All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to meetings@nfrc.org no later than October 9, 2025.  For cancellations made by then, your registration fee will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or a check will be send to the check address.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made after October 9, 2025.  NFRC regrets that refunds will not be given for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
• All refunds will be processed the week after the event.

Event cancellation by NFRC:

• NFRC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances  that  would make the event non-viable.
• If NFRC cancels  and does not transition to a virtual  event,  then registrants will be offered a full refund of registration fees.
• NFRC accepts no responsibility for travel arrangements or any other actual or perceived loss due to cancellation of a training event or workshop.
