Engagement: Women In Fenestration
Group Pages

In the predominantly male fenestration and green building industries, the Women in Fenestration network will provide women a community to share experiences, learn from others, and support one another.

Statistics show that 51 percent of the nation is female, yet more than 90 percent of the building industry is male. The number of women entering construction, manufacturing, and other built environment-related jobs continues to grow, but it's not enough.

Through regular meetings either in-person or virtually, NFRC’s Women in Fenestration network will gather a group of female leaders in energy efficiency, emerging technology, green building, and manufacturing to talk about tough issues such as diversity, inclusion, and management in the built environment.
