NFRC is offering this Virtual Option for the Fall 2014 Membership Meeting so stakeholders can follow the discussions/presentations during the Opening Session and Committee Blocks, Monday through Thursday. Registration deadline is September 17th, 2014.

Follow the Action - NFRC Offers Stakeholders the Opportunity to Follow Along Virtually

 

  • Log-in from your own computer throughout the Fall Membership Meeting.
  • All discussions and presentations held during the committee blocks and board meeting: Monday through Thursday will be available, plus the opening session. (No task groups)
  • The NFRC's Fall Membership Meeting - Virtual Option will be hosted on the GoTo Webinar software platform.
  • It will include all images shown on the screens onsite as well as audio from the conference.

 Register by clicking the link above. An email with links to the GoTo webinar, the virtual platform for this hybrid component, will be sent to all virtual attendees under separate cover after registration is complete.

 

Participation Details; Will 'Virtual' Members be Able to Vote? 

The virtual meeting will cover the NFRC’s Opening Session (including industry presentations,) NFRC Committee blocks and the NFRC Open Board meeting.   The meeting kicks off with the Opening Session at  2:00 p.m. PST with the Research and Technology Committee Block kicking off the schedule on Tuesday morning.

Voting Details: While proxies can be sent via email prior to the conference (deadline 9/17/14), there will be no interactive features/voting during the conference for virtual attendees.  (Proxy Information Below) This option will allow for observation of the conference only. NFRC will see how this new feature is received and consider adding interactive features in the future

 

Proxy Details:

  • Voting-Proxy Forms are available to assign to an NFRC Voting member that will be onsite at the conference
  • Download the NFRC Proxy form here.
  • All meeting proxies must be received by NFRC staff no later than 9/17/2014– no proxies will be accepted after this date. Please email or fax completed form to 301/589-3884.
