In 2019 NFRC conducted a survey among sales professionals across the fenestration industry. The results showed that many professionals knew who NFRC was, but when asked further questions about the ratings, there was a clear need for more training and education.

We are excited to be re-launching our retailer program to help maximize the value of NFRC labels, and make sure that consumers understand the importance of the ratings on products.

After we review the results from this survey, we will go through the training that is available through this program.   At the end of this session you will:

• Understand NFRC and our role in the industry
• Understand each of the NFRC ratings
• Understand the connection between NFRC and EnergyStar
• Be able to conduct a product search in the Certified Products Directory

This session is open to everyone, but we will also be introducing some of the resources that are available to our members.
