The Leaders Network is exciting to be hosting its first quarterly Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Networking Group on November 10, 2020.

These quarterly networking events, led by Michelle Blackston, Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, are open to members only and will focus on a topic that is relevant to all industry organizations.

During this first call, we’ll discuss the concept of brand purpose and why organizations make corporate responsibility pledges. Research suggests consumers as well as employees want a purpose to galvanize around and companies should prioritize how they communicate their brand purpose or cause. On the MarCom Networking Group call, we’ll discuss:

  • How to develop an authentic voice that represents the organizations’ DNA;
  • How the message can be aspirational, but grounded in reality;
  • How to bring this message to life—build it into the corporate culture and within consumers.

These informal sessions will give attendees the opportunity to talk to other industry professionals, gain insight, and get more involved with NFRC.
