CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

NFRC hopes everyone who registers for the meeting will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. The NFRC Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

Registration cancellation by attendee:

  • If you are unable to attend the event, you may elect to send a substitute in your place.

  • All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to meetings@nfrc.org no later than March 7, 2022.  For cancellations made by then, your registration fee will be refunded less a $75 processing fee.  Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or a check will be send to the check address.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after March 7, 2022.  NFRC regrets that refunds will not be given for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

  • All refunds will be processed the week after the event.

Event cancellation by NFRC:

  • NFRC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event non-viable.

  • If NFRC cancels and does not transition to virtual event, then registrants will be offered a full refund of registration fees.

  • NFRC accepts no responsibility for travel arrangements or any other actual or perceived loss due to cancellation of a training event or workshop.

Spring 2022 policies:

NFRC will follow the local, state, and federal guidelines throughout the planning. We reserve the right to transition the event to a virtual meeting. In this case, attendees will be refunded the difference between the virtual and in-person event. Information about local guidelines can be found here.

  • If you register for the virtual option, you may at any time choose to change to the in-person option. You will be given a code to register and pay the difference.
  • If you register for the in-person option and, due to COVID restrictions are not able to travel, you will be able to change to the virtual option. You will receive a refund for the difference of the in-person and virtual registration amount. This will be processed a week after the event.
    • For information about changing your registration to the virtual option, please email meetings@nfrc.org.
