MEETING MOBILE APP
We will again be using CrowdCompass AttendeeHub for our event app. You will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to download the app and log in a few weeks before the meeting. The email that you use when you register is where the invitation will be sent. PROXY INFORMATION: Voting Proxy Forms are available to assign to an NFRC voting member if you cannot attend this meeting. Be sure your vote counts. Download the NFRC Proxy form and email the completed form to meetings@nfrc.org. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICYNFRC hopes everyone who registers for the meeting will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. The NFRC Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows: Registration cancellation by attendee: If you are unable to attend the event, you may elect to send a substitute in your place. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to meetings@nfrc.org no later than March 7, 2022. For cancellations made by then, your registration fee will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or a check will be send to the check address. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after March 7, 2022. NFRC regrets that refunds will not be given for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refunds will be processed the week after the event.
Event cancellation by NFRC: NFRC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event non-viable. If NFRC cancels and does not transition to a virtual event, then registrants will be offered a full refund of registration fees. NFRC accepts no responsibility for travel arrangements or any other actual or perceived loss due to cancellation of a training event or workshop.
Spring 2022 policies: NFRC will follow the local, state, and federal guidelines throughout the planning. We reserve the right to transition the event to a virtual meeting. In this case, attendees will be refunded the difference between the virtual and in-person event. Information about local guidelines can be found here. - If you register for the virtual option, you may at any time choose to change to the in-person option. You will be given a code to register and pay the difference.
- If you register for the in-person option and, due to COVID restrictions are not able to travel, you will be able to change to the virtual option. You will receive a refund for the difference of the in-person and virtual registration amount. This will be processed a week after the event.
- For information about changing your registration to the virtual option, please email meetings@nfrc.org.
