REGISTRATION This meeting has an in-person and a virtual option. For both options the deadline for Early Bird Registration is February 24, 2023. In-person registration fee includes a reception on Tuesday night and a lunch on Wednesday. Virtual attendance includes all committee block meetings, opportunity to vote on ballots and participate in discussions. Virtual attendance will count towards committee roster attendance requirements. HOTELWe will be meeting at the Hyatt Place Phoenix/Downtown. NFRC has an arranged rate of $195.00 a night. The meeting hotel block will be held until February 24, 2023. To avoid higher rates as well as availability, make sure to book in advance. 150 W. Adams St.
Phoenix, AZ 85003 Click here to reserve your room PROXY INFORMATION: Voting Proxy Forms are available to assign to an NFRC voting member if you cannot attend this meeting. Be sure your vote counts. Download the NFRC Proxy form and email the completed form to meetings@nfrc.org. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICYNFRC hopes everyone who registers for the meeting will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. The NFRC Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows: Registration cancellation by attendee: If you are unable to attend the event, you may elect to send a substitute in your place. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to meetings@nfrc.org no later than March 7, 2023. For cancellations made by then, your registration fee will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or a check will be send to the check address. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after March 7, 2023. NFRC regrets that refunds will not be given for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refunds will be processed the week after the event.
Event cancellation by NFRC: NFRC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event non-viable. If NFRC cancels and does not transition to a virtual event, then registrants will be offered a full refund of registration fees. NFRC accepts no responsibility for travel arrangements or any other actual or perceived loss due to cancellation of a training event or workshop.
