REGISTRATION

This meeting will be virtual.

Registration includes access to all three meeting days. 

Virtual attendance includes all committee block meetings, opportunity to vote on ballots and participate in discussions. Virtual attendance will count towards committee roster attendance requirements.

PROXY INFORMATION:

Voting Proxy Forms are available to assign to an NFRC voting member if you cannot attend this meeting.  Be sure your vote counts.  Download the NFRC Proxy form and email the completed form to meetings@nfrc.org.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NFRC hopes everyone who registers for the meeting will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. The NFRC Cancellation Policy is as follows:

Registration cancellation by attendee:

• If you are unable to attend the event, you may elect to send a substitute in your place.

• All registration cancellations requests must be made in writing to meetings@nfrc.org no later than March 15, 2024. 

Event cancellation by NFRC:

• NFRC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event non-viable.

• If NFRC cancels and does not transition to a virtual event, then registrants will be offered a full refund of registration fees.

• NFRC accepts no responsibility for travel arrangements or any other actual or perceived loss due to cancellation of a training event or workshop.
