Upon receipt of the Non-Refundable Application Fee (credited toward future balance), as outline in the NFRC 2025 Fee Schedule, you may proceed with completing the license agreement. The license agreement will be sent to via email through a downloadable pdf file.  The link to the license agreement can be found in the downloadable document. After signing the agreement, you will have 12 months to complete the certification process. If the certification process is not completed within this timeframe, you will need to restart the process, including submitting a new application fee and license agreement.
