NFRC – LAP Bulletin 2014-01 (Information Only)

The NFRC 701-2014, and all of its supporting documents, were approved by the NFRC Board of Directors to be implemented for use immediately upon publication.

The main 701 document was revised to include a new section for proficiency testing of specimens in the case where there is only one laboratory accredited by the NFRC to conduct a test procedure (e.g. NFRC 202).

There is one new document (701.11) added to the 701 series. This document was implemented for those laboratories that are not NFRC-accredited for air leakage testing may be recognized for their air leakage results for certification but shall undergo an inspection process.
